Feeling honoured to have been appointed as a member of the Integral Commission for Spatial Quality by the City Council of Amsterdam!
I look forward to contributing to the integral quality of Amsterdam's physical living environment and cityscape, together with the other members and secretaries of the Commission:
Hanneke Kijne, Irma van Oort, Dana Ponec, Annuska Pronkhorst, Paul Rosenberg, Jeroen Ruitenbeek, Paul de Ruiter, Eric Snoeck, Do Janne Vermeulen and chairman Robert Winkel.
The Commission is an Independent Design Review Panel that advises the City Council at an early stage of spatial developments, considering and evaluating aspects of urban planning, architecture and cultural history. My focus will be on aspects of metropolitan development and of mobility.
